		<description>So how do we figure out what the &quot;right things&quot; are? I&#039;ve always told people that the fact that it is a robot is not important - its what you do with them that counts. It not the robot part - its the fact that it lets you deal with dangerous situations from a safe distance.</description>

		<description>As far as I know distressed people in a disaster expect everyone to help them directly not taking photos!&lt;br /&gt;I think developing a robotic system solely for broadcasting the conditions at disaster zone (not actually search and rescuing)will be very useful with less troublesome effect on distressed people!</description>
