Good morning Dr. Murphy,

Congratulations on your award! I'd to also like to take this moment to say a mega thank you for the extraordinaire work you and your team are doing to assist humanity. And I say this on behalf of the Haitian people. Because of people like yourself around the world, possibilities are created to rebuild Haiti. We still have a long way to go. So far, there about 20,000 amputations and counting. The situation is deplorable. However, spiritually the people are steadfast although fear has a grip on them. Again, thank you for your commitment to making the world work.
